Our Story

CSuite2Go, PLLC was founded on a simple observation: most organizations, at some point in their growth or transformation, need senior executive leadership before they are ready — or before it makes sense — to make a permanent hire. The search takes months. The commitment is costly. And the need is right now.

We built CSuite2Go to close that gap with actual C-suite executives who have held the titles, made the hard calls, and built things that lasted.

“Serious Expertise. Flexible Engagement. That is not just a tagline. It is the operating model.”

Who We Are

CSuite2Go is led by L. Ken Boykin and Rebecca Goff — a husband-and-wife partnership that brings together two distinct and complementary areas of executive expertise.

Ken brings 40+ years of leadership across technology, data strategy, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation. He has served in C-suite roles at Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. Department of Defense, and state government — including as Maine’s inaugural State Chief Data Officer, where he built a data governance program from zero that has since been adopted as a national model by multiple U.S. state governments. He holds his CISSP, is Lean Sigma certified, and retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service, including wartime intelligence operations.

Rebecca brings 30+ years of financial leadership and strategic guidance, specializing in law firm accounting and administration, small business and solopreneur coaching, and financial planning for service-based businesses and performing artists. She is qualified to sit for the CPA exam and holds a Master of Music in Music Pedagogy alongside her financial career — a combination that gives her an unusually broad lens on the relationship between structure, creativity, and sustainable success.

Together, we serve organizations across the full spectrum: from growth-stage small businesses and solo entrepreneurs, to mid-market companies navigating transformation, to large enterprises and government agencies managing complex change.

What We Believe

We built CSuite2Go around several convictions that shape how we engage with every client:

  • People➡️ Data ➡️Process ➡️ Technology — in that order. Always.
  • Slow down to speed up. The fastest path to sustainable results is the disciplined one.
  • Today’s leadership requires both OI (organic intelligence) and AI (artificial intelligence). The best decisions come from the partnership between both human and technological resources.
  • We are not here to create dependency. We build capability and then get out of the way.
  • Excellence over perfection. Relax into the rhythm of consistency.
  • The 5 Why’s Concept: Ask ‘why?’ five times before committing to a direction because the truest reason or answer is usually found in the third – fifth response, not the fist. Then start the clock and continue to ask “why” at every checkpoint, milestone, decision point or when new information develops through the process of implementation. New information always brings clarity and the next round of the 5 Why’s.

How We Work

Every engagement starts with a conversation. We listen before we recommend. We ask questions others do not think to ask. We step back far enough to see systems clearly, avoid groupthink, and identify what others miss.

We engage fractionally (ongoing, part-time), on an interim basis (full-engagement, temporary), or as project-based advisors and consultants. We tailor the engagement model to your need, timeline, and budget — not to a standard package.

We do not send a team of associates. When you engage CSuite2Go, you get Ken or Rebecca — directly, personally, and accountably.

Our Leadership Philosophy — POETIC

Ken’s POETIC framework guides every engagement CSuite2Go undertakes:

  • P — Purpose-Driven: every initiative earns its place by serving the mission.
  • O — Optimize Processes: slow down to speed up; build for endurance, not just urgency.
  • E — Empower People: people, data, process, technology — in that order, always.
  • T — Transform Data into Actionable Intelligence: data has no value until someone makes a better decision because of it.
  • I — Implement Enabling Technology: one step back from the bleeding edge; technology serves the mission, not the reverse.
  • C — Compassionate Leadership: be there when the team is losing. Celebrate success.
